These terms of use govern the use of the website perfumeprices.info (the „website“). The operator is Hasanbaba KG, Kirchenbühl 562, 6952 Hittisau, Austria, FN 645893 v at Landesgericht Feldkirch, VAT ID ATU 81684358 (the „operator“ or „we“). A „user“ is anyone who accesses the website. A „shop“ is the online shop whose price, shipping cost or offer is displayed on the website.
perfumeprices.info is a price comparison portal that collects and displays prices, shipping costs and availability of perfume at various online shops. The website is not an online shop, not a marketplace and not a broker of purchase contracts. We do not sell any goods or services ourselves, do not operate a shopping cart of our own and do not process payments. Using the website is free and does not require an account or registration.
Using the website does not create any purchase, brokerage or advisory contract between the user and the operator. A purchase contract is formed exclusively between the user and the relevant shop, once the user follows a link on the website to that shop and places an order there. The operator is not a party to that contract and acquires no rights or obligations from it.
The prices, shipping costs and total-price calculations shown on the website come from the product data feed of the respective shops (Awin partner network) and are updated regularly, usually daily. Despite this ongoing update, we cannot rule out that a price or shipping condition has changed at the shop before our system has captured it. Any import tax shown for shops outside the EU is an estimate based on the destination country’s general tax rate and does not replace a binding customs calculation; actual charges may differ. The shop’s own page is always authoritative for price, availability and delivery conditions.
Displaying a price or calculation on perfumeprices.info creates no claim against the operator that this price can actually be obtained at the shop. Whether and at what price a product is available is decided solely by the relevant shop. If you notice an incorrect figure, you can let us know via the contact page so we can review it; this does not create any claim to compensation.
The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. Liability under the Austrian Product Liability Act remains unaffected. For slight negligence, the operator is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, and the amount is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage at the time the contract was concluded. Beyond that, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent legally permitted. The operator provides no warranty for goods obtained through linked shops; claims for defects, late delivery, incorrect pricing or deviating shipping costs must be pursued exclusively against the relevant shop. We are not responsible for third-party content we merely link to; as soon as we become aware of a specific infringement, we remove the affected link immediately.
The structure, design, texts and our own compilations on perfumeprices.info are protected by copyright. Private, non-commercial use within the intended scope is permitted. Systematic, automated extraction, copying or reuse of the content, in particular to build a database of your own, is prohibited without our prior written consent. Names, logos, product photos and marks of the brands and shops mentioned on the website remain the property of their respective companies; we use them solely to identify the products and providers.
A reference to perfumeprices.info in the form of a simple link is generally permitted, as long as it does not create a misleading impression of origin, the website is not framed in a way that obscures its origin, and there is no unlawful, misleading or reputation-damaging content around the link. Automated, systematic embedding of our content on a third-party site requires our prior written consent.
It is prohibited, in particular, to provide false information when using the website, to infringe the rights of third parties or applicable law, to deploy or distribute malicious software, to scrape or crawl the website in an automated way, for example using scraping software, bots or similar programs, to impair the functioning of the website through excessive or deliberately disruptive access, or to reuse the website’s content commercially without our prior consent. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect such a violation, we may restrict or block access for the user concerned.
We aim to keep the website permanently available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, for example due to maintenance work or technical faults outside our control.

We may change these terms of use to adapt them to a changed legal situation, new features of the website, or changed processes. The version published on this page at the time of use is the applicable one.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where the user is a consumer, this is without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence, to the extent these provide broader protection.
For disputes arising from or in connection with these terms of use, the court with jurisdiction over the operator’s registered seat in Austria applies, to the extent legally permissible.
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025 and is no longer available. Consumers in Austria can contact the Internet Ombudsstelle in Vienna for disputes relating to an online transaction, reachable at www.ombudsstelle.at. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are interested in an amicable solution and ask you to contact us directly first.
Should any provision of these terms of use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a rule that comes as close as possible to its economic purpose.
